How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favorite frames, add your prescription details (if needed), and proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters the production queue and cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various buy-now-pay-later options. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How do I enter my prescription?
During checkout, you'll have the option to enter your prescription manually, upload a photo of your prescription, or have us contact your eye doctor directly. Make sure your prescription is valid (typically within 2 years) and includes all necessary measurements.
What if I don't know my PD (Pupillary Distance)?
If your PD isn't on your prescription, you can measure it yourself using our online PD measurement tool, ask your eye doctor, or visit any optical store. The average adult PD ranges from 54-74mm.
Do you offer progressive and bifocal lenses?
Yes! We offer a full range of lens types including single vision, progressive, bifocal, and reading lenses. Progressive lenses are available in our Premium and Ultimate lens packages, providing seamless vision correction for all distances.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your glasses for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, log into your account and go to "Order History." Select the order you want to return and click "Request Return." You'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Pack your items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Can I exchange my glasses for a different style?
Absolutely! If the frames don't suit you, you can exchange them for a different style within 30 days. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly. Prescription lenses will be remade for the new frames.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping varies by location, typically 7-14 business days. Production of prescription glasses takes 3-5 additional days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99. Free returns are included with every order, regardless of order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing "Order History." We'll send updates at every stage—from production to delivery.
What types of lenses do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of lenses: single vision, progressive, bifocal, reading, blue light blocking, photochromic (transition), polarized sunglasses, and more. All our lenses come with anti-scratch coating and UV protection as standard.
What is blue light blocking and do I need it?
Blue light blocking lenses filter out the blue light emitted by digital screens. If you spend more than 2 hours daily on computers, phones, or tablets, blue light glasses can help reduce eye strain, headaches, and improve sleep quality.
Are your frames durable?
All our frames are made from high-quality materials including acetate, titanium, stainless steel, and TR90. They undergo rigorous quality testing for durability, flexibility, and comfort. Every purchase includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
