Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations. For bulk orders, delivery time may vary. You can also opt for express delivery (available in select cities) for an additional charge.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹299 is applicable. Express delivery charges are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier partner's website. You can also log in to your account to check the order status.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver across India to most pin codes. During checkout, enter your pin code to check if delivery is available to your location. We're constantly expanding our delivery network to serve more areas.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can be made if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support immediately at +91 98765 43210 or email us at orders@thechairhouse.com. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

What is the weight capacity of your chairs?

Our chairs have different weight capacities:

  • Standard Office Chairs: Up to 100 kg
  • Executive Chairs: Up to 120 kg
  • Ergonomic Chairs: Up to 130 kg
  • Heavy Duty Chairs: Up to 150 kg

Are the colors shown accurate?

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If color accuracy is crucial for your purchase, we recommend visiting our showroom or requesting a fabric swatch before ordering.

Do the chairs come assembled?

For safety during transit, most chairs are shipped partially assembled. They come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and all necessary tools. Assembly typically takes 15-30 minutes. We also offer professional assembly service for an additional ₹499 in select cities.

Can I customize my chair?

Yes! We offer customization options for bulk orders (minimum 10 pieces). Customizations include:

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, tools, and manuals must be included
